Tuition Payments

Once your student is accepted, you will have to create an account with FACTS Tuition Management, which handles all tuition payments for the school.
Registered families will receive an email invitation from FACTS to set up a payment plan. Tuition plan options include: Monthly installments or Payment may be made in full. Your final tuition payment must be received and cleared by July of the current school year FACTS Enrollment Service Fees: All families use the FACTS system to pay tuition and miscellaneous charges. Each year, families enrolled in FACTS are also responsible for paying the annual FACTS enrollment service fee. Please note: This service fee is charged directly by FACTS and is not a fee from the school. Families are responsible for paying this fee separately. FACTS will send an email directly to each family detailing the service fee amount and what the charge is for. If you have questions about the fee, please contact FACTS directly, as the school does not administer or collect this charge. *All other questions regarding your FACTS account can be directed to the Accounting Office at accounts@stanthonyschoolva.org, or to Elaine Ventura at 703-820-7111, ext 123.

Car Line (drop-off/pick-up)
Families with students in Jr. K and older, are issued a car line number as they join Saint Anthony’s or become eligible for car line.
Preschoolers are walked in and out of school each day.
If your child is capable of unbuckling and getting out of the car on their own, then they are eligible for the Expres Drop-Off carline. Parents must follow the posted route and remain in the vehicle at all times.
If you are more comfortable helping your child in and out of the car and walking them to the doors of the school, then please park in the rear, facing the church for regular drop-off. There is NO PARKING in the regular lot (except church-goers and teachers) from 7:45 am-8:00 am and 3:15 pm-3:35 pm to enforce the pedestrian-only safety zone created during drop-off and pick-up.
It is not safe for you or your child to cross through the car line.
Afternoon Dismissal and Morning Drop-off Procedures ●Car line numbers must be clearly displayed on the windshield during afternoon dismissal. ●Students will proceed to their vehicles only when signaled to do so by a teacher. ●For everyone’s safety, please do not park and walk your child across the parking lot, or allow your child to cross alone. Exceptions are only made for those escorting a preschooler or in cases approved for administrative purposes. ●Safety Zones and Traffic Flow ●Orange safety cones designate the area for morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal car lines. ●No moving vehicles—including cars, trucks, motorcycles, or bicycles—may enter this coned area during the school day, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except during afternoon dismissal and only when directed by a faculty or staff member. ●Traffic Directions and Parking ●All families must follow the red arrows (see images below) for both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, without exception. ●If you wish to walk your child in or out of school, please park in the walking parent parking lot, located in the back lot facing the church office. ●Walkers must follow the blue arrows only. ●There is no parent parking available in the main front lot for morning drop-off or afternoon pick-up. ●Safety Reminders ●Teachers and safety patrol are present to keep procedures safe and efficient. Please follow their directions at all times. ●Parents in the car line should remain alert and avoid distractions. ●Very important: No one should ever cross the car line while vehicles are moving. This is extremely dangerous and must be avoided at all times.

Volunteering at St. Anthony's
Family Service Hours Program

St. Anthony of Padua has implemented the Family Service Program (FSP) in which parents or legal guardians (or other designated family members like grandparents) are required to donate their time and talents in support of the school. Families are required to perform a minimum of 20 hours of service per school year.
St. Anthony of Padua is a place for students to grow both academically and spiritually from preschool through eighth grade. The school administration and PTO believe that parent involvement and participation in school activities is not only a means to show support for the faculty and the school but is necessary to maintain and expand many of the services offered by the school to our children. Educational research also indicates that students achieve at a higher level if parents are involved. Our service program requires that each family perform a minimum number of service hours during the school year, this can be a combination of school services (recess duty, book fair help, classroom parent, etc.) as well as PTO events. The service requirement for the CURRENT school year is 20 hours. Terms apply: ● Families will be charged $10.00 for every unserved hour at the end of the school year through FACTS. ● Families will earn 1 hour for every $10.00 worth of food donated. ● St. Anthony's school liaison tracks volunteer hours Questions? Please e-mail our school liaison Monika Remerow at mremerow@stanthonyschoolva.org
Diocese Compliance
According to the Catholic Diocese of Arlington’s Policy on the Protection of Children/Young People, any adult volunteer who either works with minors or has substantial contact with children must be compliant with the Diocese of Arlington ( https://www.arlingtondiocese.org/child-protection/the-office-of-child-protection/ ).
We encourage Room Parents, field trip chaperones, and other volunteers who plan to be directly involved with our children to create a volunteer account with the Diocese of Arlington. Achieving full compliance may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
Parents who volunteer at school-wide events and are not directly involved with children on a one-on-one basis may do so without Diocese compliance.
