Extended Day Hours: 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Extended Day Registration

Families who wish to participate in Extended Day for the full academic year must complete the annual Extended Day registration process. This registration is for families enrolling in the full-year program and does not apply to Drop-In Care.

The Extended Day Program provides unlimited access throughout the school year at a discounted annual rate. Tuition may be divided into monthly payments through your FACTS account.

Extended Day includes care on scheduled early dismissal days throughout the school year (excluding dates listed on the Extended Day calendar). Additional discounts are available for families enrolling multiple students.

Please use the registration button below to enroll in Extended Day for the 2026–2027 school year.

Extended Day payments are spread over 9 months (September–May).

Extended Day Rates for the Full Academic Year 2026–2027

1 student: $4,500
2 students: $8,100
3 students: $10,800

Hourly Drop-In care

Drop-in Care is for those parents who cannot collect their student(s) from car line by 3:40 p.m. Children are signed into Extended Day and Charged the drop-in rate. Final collection time is 5:30 p.m.

Hourly Drop-In care at a rate of $18 per hour, or any portion, will be totaled at the end of each month and added as a charge to your FACTS account.

When your child stays for Drop-in care, please email their teacher, the office and the extended day team every day they would be staying.

There WILL BE Drop-In care available on 11:30 am Dismissal days.
